CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 236(RLS) am was read the third time.                     
                                                                               
Senator Rieger moved and asked unanimous consent that he be                    
allowed to abstain from voting due to a conflict of interest.                  
Objections were heard.                                                         
                                                                               
The question being:  "Shall CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 236(RLS)                     
am "An Act relating to notices for the sale of certain real property"          
pass the Senate?"  The roll was taken with the following result:
